1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlowEstatePro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. No Real Estate License or Advice

We are not a real estate broker, agent, appraiser, financial advisor, or legal professional. All information, valuations, and analyses provided are for informational purposes only and not professional advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

4. Account & Security

You must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Services may require a paid subscription. You authorize recurring billing via Stripe (or similar processor). Fees are non-refundable. Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period.

6. Data Sources & Accuracy

Property data, comps, ARVs, and rehab estimates come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability. Use at your own risk.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for service functionality. You affirm you have rights to upload such content and agree to indemnify us from claims arising from it.

8. AI & Automated Analyses

AI outputs are experimental and not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on them as financial or legal advice.

9. Marketplace & Transactions

If enabled, we are not a party to any transactions between users. Users are responsible for all contracts and due diligence.

10. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory activities, or attempt to scrape or hack the platform.

11. Non-Discrimination & Accessibility

We comply with accessibility standards and prohibit discriminatory use of the Service.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, and branding belong to FlowEstatePro. Do not copy, modify, or resell them.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim liability for errors or losses. Maximum liability is the greater of $100 or the fees paid in the past 3 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms; continued use signifies acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA. Disputes shall be resolved in your County, State.
